MLS & IDX coverage

See if your board is covered

Live MLS search belongs on your domain, under your name, with the inquiry landing in your inbox instead of a portal's. It runs on a feed issued to you through your own board, so we check your board before you commit to anything and give you a clear answer on the first call, before any money moves. Find yours in the table below.

Four steps from membership to live search

These four steps decide when live search switches on. Three of them run on your board’s and your broker’s calendar, so we show you each one before we quote a date.

  1. You are a member in good standing

The feed is licensed to you, under your brokerage, through your board membership, so an active membership is where every feed starts.

  2. Your broker signs

Most IDX and VOW agreements name the Designated REALTOR or Broker as a party, jointly liable with you. Your brokerage countersigns, on its own schedule.

  3. The board approves the site and the vendor

The board reviews the declared domain and the technology provider. It may approve, ask for changes, or decline. Approval is at its discretion and can be withdrawn.

  4. The feed is provisioned

Once approved, the data arrives over the RESO Web API. We sync it into your own database, on your own domain, where the listings belong to your site.

Why this matters to your launch date. Your board and your broker set the pace of three of the four steps, so your build clock starts once your onboarding answers are complete, and the board application runs alongside it on the board’s own calendar.

You hear the answer before you pay

A clear answer, up front

We confirm what your board will issue before you pay anything, so you plan your launch around a real answer.

Listings on your own domain

Listings sync into your own site, where search engines and AI tools can read and cite them. An embedded third-party search keeps them in someone else’s frame, so every build runs on a real feed.

Your site stands on its own

The site, the domain, the content and the leads are yours whatever your board decides, and the export clause applies either way. Listings are one module of the site.

A feed that stays yours

Your MLS feed belongs in your name. It is licensed to you, under your membership and your brokerage, and it stays yours for as long as your membership does.

Platforms that hold the feed themselves are the reason leaving one usually means starting over. Ours is issued in your name from the first application, which is more paperwork for us at the start and considerably less pain for you at the end.
