Privacy Policy
Last updated August 21, 2026. Effective on that date.
The short version
- We do not track you. This site sets no advertising cookie, loads no analytics script, and carries no third party pixel. There is nothing here that follows you to another site.
- We collect information only when you type it into a form: your name, email, phone, and what you selected.
- We use it to answer you, quote you, and invoice you. We do not sell it and we do not rent it.
- Email hello@luxeveo.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, or delete it.

Luxeveo builds and maintains websites for licensed real estate agents. This policy covers luxeveo.com and app.luxeveo.com, the sites we operate ourselves.
It does not cover the website we build for a client. On a client site the agent or their brokerage decides what is collected and why, and their own privacy policy governs. We act on their instructions there.
2. What we collect, and when
Everything below is information you enter yourself. We do not buy lists and we do not enrich your record from data brokers.

What we do not collect
No advertising identifiers. No behavioral profile. No cross site tracking. No session recording. No fingerprinting. We do not ask for a social security number, a date of birth, or a government identification document anywhere on this site.
3. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies.
The pricing page uses your browser's local storage to remember the package you were configuring, so a refresh does not lose your work. That value never leaves your browser, is not readable by us, and is not sent to any server. Clearing your browsing data removes it.
4. Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.
- Cloudflare
- Hosts this site and stores form submissions. Cloudflare also sees the network information every website sees, such as your IP address, in order to route the request and block attacks.
- Brevo
- Sends our email and holds our contact records.
- Stripe
- Processes payments when you pay an invoice. Card numbers go to Stripe directly and never reach us. We never see or store a full card number.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We disclose it otherwise only when the law requires it, or to a professional adviser bound to keep it confidential.
5. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the life of the engagement and 7 years after, because contracts, invoices and tax records have to be retained.
- Consent records: where a person consented to be contacted by phone or text on a site we built, that record is retained for 5 years, because the law that governs the consent requires the proof to be kept.
6. Your choices
Write to hello@luxeveo.com and we will action any of the following. We will not charge you and we will not require an account.
- See it. We will tell you what we hold about you.
- Correct it. If it is wrong, we will fix it.
- Delete it. We will delete it, except where we are required to keep it (invoices, and the consent records described above).
- Stop hearing from us. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and asking us by email works just as well. Unsubscribing is permanent: we do not re-add an address.
We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are in a place that gives you additional statutory rights, those rights apply to you regardless of what this section says.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track you, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We honor those signals by never having collected the data in the first place.
8. Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to client records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise: if a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
9. Children
This is a service sold to licensed real estate professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If a change is significant and affects information we already hold, we will contact clients directly rather than relying on you to notice.
